I have used the bladed scraper on my griddle in my burger van and I can say that it works great to get it clean. It prevents buildup on the griddle and reduces the smoke that’s comes off the griddle too, it’s a great tool to have.

The scrapper is really great and very helpful to keep the griddle clean. Shame I didn't order it sooner and used the ordinary paint scrapper that was harmful for the surface.

Excellent for clean up of well seasoned , polished Cast iron and Stainless Griddles 

I have three griddles and I enjoy a fast, efficient clean-up, so I ordered the Gibbs Heavy Duty Griddle Scraper. It provided excellent results on my stove-top stainless griddle as well as my older, well-seasoned cast iron griddle on the patio. We just installed a new Cafe range with a pre-season cast iron griddle that was cast with really coarse sand and I think that the griddle is still too rough for this scraper, but I'm sure that it will be fine once the griddle is better broken in and seasoned. The build quality on the scraper is top-notch; it has a good heft and the blade feels like it will hold up nicely. I really like both the built-in stainless guard that gets between your knuckles and the griddle, as well as the wall-mount. A 5-pack of replacement blades is only $15 at the time of this review, so in the long-term, it continues to be affordable.

Absolutely Awesome .

This scraper is accurately represented in the photos and description. It is by no means cheap feeling. This thing has a lot of heft to it and the scraper blade is sharp (be careful - I’m not kidding). The blade is removable and replaceable. The opposite side from the blade is a plastic scraper as well. There’s a metal hook that doubles as protection for your handle and makes for a good hanger. Included is a wall mount and a blade guard. Great design and a great product! I’m using it on my griddle insert for my grill - works perfect and will probably last the rest of my grilling life!

Last one you'll ever buy.

This scraper is heavy duty and durable. I like the hanger being built on, and the blade is sharp. Fits great in my hand, and it's medium weighted, easy to handle. 5 stars

Pleasantly Surprised.

When I ordered this, I thought it'd be some little, size-of-your-hand deal. But its big! has a protective cover for the blades, the blades are replicable and it has a curved handle to make it easy to hang off the size of my grill. And it works great. Couldn't be happier.
